Character and Leadership Development
I AM ROYAL YOUTH & FAMILY GROUP, INC. IS A 501C3 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO ASSISTING WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILLS FOR YOUTH, FAMILIES, AND INDIVIDUALS.
EACH PARTICIPANT IS PAIRED WITH A DEDICATED SUCCESS COACH, WHO PROVIDES PERSONALIZED ATTENTION, GUIDANCE, AND INSTRUCTION, AIMING TO FACILITATE SELF-ACTUALIZATION AS DEFINED BY HUMANISTIC PSYCHOLOGY.
THE CORE FOCUS OF OUR SUCCESS COACHING PROGRAM IS ON NURTURING LEADERSHIP QUALITIES AND PROMOTING SELF-SUSTAINABILITY. OUR ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO HELP MEND THE EFFECTS OF SYSTEMIC AND GENERATIONAL CHALLENGES, EMPOWERING OUR PARTICIPANTS TO THRIVE DESPITE ADVERSITY.
