Character & Leadership Development
I Am Royal Youth & Family Group, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting with the development of essential life skills for youth, families, and individuals.
Each participant is paired with a dedicated success coach, who provides personalized attention, guidance, and instruction, aiming to facilitate self-actualization as defined by humanistic psychology.
The core focus of our success coaching program is on nurturing leadership qualities and promoting self-sustainability. Our ultimate goal is to help mend the effects of systemic and generational challenges, empowering our participants to thrive despite adversity.
They say that character is what you do in the dark. If this is true, then at IAR, Inc. we believe that leadership is the fruit of character defined in the light.
