Resident Opportunities Self-Sufficiency (ROSS)

ROSS empowers communities through supportive services that link participants to education, employment, and housing opportunities.

The program, initially created in 1998 by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), consolidates several programs and develops strategies that connect residents with public and private resources.
