Together with the Jobs Plus, Section 3, and ROSS programs, Royal Academy helps create a strong foundation that supports individuals and families at every stage of life. While ROSS focuses on meeting essential needs such as housing, health, and financial stability, and Jobs Plus and Section 3 connect adults to professional training and employment opportunities, Royal Academy invests in the next generation through youth empowerment, creative arts, and leadership development. Each program aligns to meet the needs identified in Maslow’s hierarchy—nurturing stability, growth, and purpose—so that residents not only overcome barriers but also thrive, redefining what it means to live in public housing and contributing meaningfully to their communities.
